Let us help you UNLOCK THE LEARNING
Martel Learning Group holds a firm commitment to the belief that all learners have the ability and right to progress on a unique path of development and growth.
Joanna Martel has, as 25 year educator and administrator, sought to release that potential through all products and services her company has to offer.
Innovative programming needs initial funding in order to gather the data used to present project value. MLG brought a Class A school administration, teachers, and a 501(c)3 fiscal sponsor together. Within two months a grant was researched, written, and submitted. The project is running and data collection is proceeding.
A medical research facility wanted to act on an educational outreach initiative but had no funding. MLG worked with medical, program, and administrative staff to find like-minded funding sources, write a hands on, multimedia educational program, manage key timelines, and run training for key personnel. Within just the first year the program increased students served by 30%!
HOMESCHOOLING: OWN THE LEARNING!
Martel Learning Group has served hundreds of families throughout the state of Maine since its inception in 1999. MLG has worked in and outside the homeschool community and has a pulse on national, state, and local issues in education today. We have listened to many a unique situation and explained the options to countless students and struggling parents.
Homeschool, public, private, proficiency based, religion based, college readiness, testing, IEP, AP, SAT...? What does it all mean, what do I have to ask to get the answers I and my child need, and what is my next step?
Don't go it alone. MLG can help! Check out our social media to find out where we will be serving next or contact us to find out more.
EXPERIENCING YOUR CLASSROOM
Do you want an event, trip, or experience to mean more than "getting out"? Martel Learning Group has built and lead families, businesses, schools, and educators through the concept of learning by experience. Have us help you bridge the gap between out of book learning and tracking credits.
Experiential Learning is key to success in our time. Becoming a lifelong learner can make you 'A.I Proof' (Joseph E. Aoun, 2017). That means learning through all that we do. If you are travelling, on the job, or keeping up with studies while participating in competitive sports learn how to credit or add curriculum to the process. Before, during and after, get the most out of an experience, an interest, or an opportunity.
